1. Product information

The vast majority of jewelry is handmade and made with care and passion. Any jewelry that is resold does not carry the title "handmade" in the description.
There may be slight deviations due to the nature of handmade products.
Prices include VAT and may be subject to change without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are completed once payment is confirmed.
Processing time: 7-10 business days.
In case of cancellation or unavailability, a full refund will be made.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Tracked shipments via selected shipping provider.
Greece: 2-4 business days, EU: 5-10 business days, International: 7-20 business days.
We are not responsible for delays due to external factors.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Custom orders are not refundable.

5. Custom Orders

Prepaid and non-refundable except for defective product.

6. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The data is used only for order fulfillment.
It is not shared with third parties, except for shipping or payment providers.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content is protected by copyright.
Copying without permission is prohibited.
