✅ Right of Withdrawal (return without reason)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The product must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
It must be accompanied by the proof of purchase or confirmation email.
The return cost is borne by the customer (except for defective or incorrect products).

❌ Exceptions

Personalized or custom products are not returned.
Products that have been used or worn are not accepted.

🔁 Exchanges

​

As long as the conditions are met, you can request an exchange for a product of equal value.

🔧 Defective or Wrong Products

If you received a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 3 business days with a photo and description. We will replace it free of charge.

📬 Return Process

You will be provided with return instructions.
After checking the product, you will be informed about the refund or replacement.

Return within 7 business days of receiving the product.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
